Provenance is key:

We store our wines within the climate-controlled facilities of London City Bond, Eton Park (formerly Vinotheque) and only work with trusted haulier partners to ensure transit times are minimal and transit conditions are optimal.  Likewise, we only acquire and sell wines from highly trusted partners or individuals, where storage and ownership history is well-known and passes our stringent checks.
